Welcome to https://ujjaintourpackage.com/, operated by ujjaintour ("we", "us", "our"), a partnership firm providing Ujjain darshan and tour packages including accommodation, transport, darshan arrangements, and pooja.

By accessing our website or booking any package with us, you ("customer", "you") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Services

We offer curated tour packages for Ujjain that may include some or all of the following, as per the package selected:

Accommodation / stay
Vehicle and local transport
Darshan arrangements at Shri Mahakaleshwar and other temples
Pooja and ritual coordination
Guide services

The exact inclusions, exclusions, and itinerary will be as specified at the time of booking.

Accommodation: In case the specific hotel promised at the time of booking is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative hotel of a similar category / level. This will not be treated as a deficiency in service, and no refund will be applicable on this ground.

Vehicle: The vehicle provided will be in a clean and roadworthy condition suitable for the journey. We do not guarantee a brand-new vehicle, and the specific model/age of the vehicle is not a condition of the booking.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.
You must provide accurate and complete information (names, contact details, ID details where required) at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp) and the required payment is received.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted online through secure payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, cards, etc.).
Full or partial (advance) payment may be required to confirm your booking, as specified for each package.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the agreed price will be honoured for that booking.
All applicable taxes and fees will be shown before payment.

4. Temple Services — Important

Darshan arrangements are subject to availability and are controlled entirely by the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee and its rules.
We provide assistance and coordination only. We do not guarantee confirmation of any darshan slot, as final allotment depends on the temple authorities.
Temple timings, protocols, dress codes, and permissions may change without notice and are beyond our control.
If a service cannot be provided despite our best efforts, our liability is limited to a refund of the specific amount charged for that particular service (see Cancellation & Refunds).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email/WhatsApp).
20% of the total booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances. This amount will be retained by us on every cancellation, regardless of the reason or timing.
The balance (remaining amount after deducting the 20% non-refundable booking amount) may be refundable subject to any non-refundable amounts already paid to third parties (temple committee, hotels, transport operators) on your behalf.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, or for services not availed due to the customer's late arrival, personal reasons, or failure to follow temple/travel rules.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a package due to circumstances beyond our control (temple closures, weather, natural events, government restrictions, force majeure, or insufficient arrangements). In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the affected amount.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Carry valid ID proof for all travellers as required for darshan, hotel, and travel.
Follow all temple rules, dress codes, and instructions from our staff and temple authorities.
Behave respectfully at religious sites and during the tour.
Be responsible for your own personal belongings; we are not liable for loss or theft of personal items.

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as a facilitator and coordinator between you and various service providers (hotels, transport operators, temple authorities, guides).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, or deficiencies caused by third-party service providers or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, temple closures, strikes, or civil disturbances.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
